What you receive
One 12 oz stemless tumbler made from 304 stainless steel with double-wall vacuum insulation. Approximately 3.1 inches across the opening and 4.6 inches tall. Includes a clear lid, stainless-steel straw, and cleaning brush.
Handmade for you
Handmade and personalized to order by ELEV8ED CREATIONS. Your own photograph replaces the example artwork shown. A name, date, or short message can be included where the print area allows. Tell us your exact spelling and preferred layout. More detailed artwork, additional images beyond the stated layout, reverse-side printing, and embellishments require confirmation and a separate quote before ordering.
Send your photo and details
After purchasing, email your original image file to latelliagenell@myelev8edcreations.com. Use the subject “Personal Keepsake — Order [your order number]” and include the email used at checkout, product name, exact personalization text, and layout preferences. If ordering several items, identify which photo belongs to each item.
Send the highest-resolution original available, ideally at original or full size. Choose a clear, well-lit photograph with the subject in focus and some space around it for cropping. Avoid screenshots, social-media downloads, blurry images, filters, and heavily compressed copies. JPG or PNG is preferred. If emailing from your phone, choose Actual Size or Original Size when offered. Do not enlarge a small file to imitate higher resolution. We will contact you if a clearer file is needed.
Five-day turnaround
Please allow a five-day production turnaround after payment and receipt of all required personalization details and suitable image files. Shipping transit time is additional. Complex custom requests may require a separately agreed timeframe.
Mockups show example personalization. Color and placement can vary slightly with the material, shape, and your supplied photograph. Each listing is for one finished creation unless the included items are specifically stated.
Care
Care: Hand wash gently with mild soap and a soft sponge, then dry thoroughly. Do not soak, scrub with abrasive cleaners, put in the dishwasher, or microwave. For blinged pieces, avoid rubbing or soaking the decorative areas.
